Hove

This master suite renovation in Hove was designed as a complete private retreat, bringing together the bedroom and ensuite through a distinctive palette of colour, pattern, vintage furniture and bespoke lighting.

Rather than approaching the bedroom and bathroom as separate spaces, the design creates a consistent visual identity across the suite. Carefully sourced vintage furniture introduces individuality and character, including pieces selected specifically for the project and reupholstered to complement the wider scheme. Bespoke and statement lighting adds another layer to the interior, creating atmosphere while becoming an integral part of the design.

The adjoining ensuite continues the same approach through expressive colour, statement tiling and carefully selected fixtures, finishes and lighting. The result is a highly personal interior that balances luxury with character rather than relying on a conventional neutral master-bedroom aesthetic.

Baxter Interior Design provided residential interior design, furniture and vintage sourcing, colour and finishes specification, lighting design and ensuite design for this master suite renovation in Hove, East Sussex.
