Hove Park

This kitchen extension and interior renovation in Hove Park transformed a Victorian family home into a more generous, light-filled space designed for modern living. The project centred around reworking the relationship between the kitchen, dining areas and existing house, creating a cohesive interior while retaining the character of the original property.

Careful spatial planning was fundamental to the design. The new extension introduces increased natural light and creates a stronger connection between the principal living spaces, while considered sightlines, circulation and furniture placement ensure the enlarged footprint feels balanced rather than simply bigger.

Bespoke kitchen design and joinery sit at the heart of the scheme, complemented by carefully selected finishes, lighting and architectural details. Integrated LED lighting, natural materials and a restrained palette bring warmth and depth to the contemporary intervention while allowing original Victorian features to remain part of the overall character of the home.
